Our feet can get a bit neglected in Winter! Hidden in socks and shoved in shoes for much of the day. We often don’t give them a thought ……… until Pilates 🙂 In the studio, we love to look after feet. Insipiration from the weekend!

As teachers we often have Pilates-filled weekends with training, courses and conferences. On Saturday Anita and I spent the day at PITC headquarters in Sydney, for some studio training as a host site for students. Here’s some pics of what we got up to!   Not content with just one full day of hard work, I also spent Sunday helping out on the Polestar course in Brisbane, in my role as a Mentor.
