What it involves: An all over workout on the mat delivered by one of our friendly, expert instructors.  You’ll use therabands, balls, weights and rollers to get the most out of each exercise. 

Best for: You are injury free and looking for a well-supervised group workout that’s challenging, focused and still a bit of fun. A great place to start your pilates journey!

What it involves: The whole class is undertaken on the reformer, with accessories brought in to compliment and challenge. You’ll focus on balancing all of the structures of the body. 

Best for: You are injury free and want to challenge your strength and flexibility, with instructor support.

TRX TRAINING GROUP CLASSES

Duration: 40 minutes

What it involves: A full body workout using the TRX suspension system and delivered with the pilates principles of alignment, posture and control. You’ll utilise your own body weight for resistance in a variety of upper body, lower body and core exercises. 

Best for: You are injury free, have good strength and flexibility and want to take your workout into new and challenging territories.

Wear sneakers for TRX!

Private sessions available!

Wear: Comfortable clothes that you can move easily in or your regular gym gear.

Bring: Clean socks and a towel for mat and reformer classes. Bring a towel and wear sneakers for TRX classes.

Most classes are suitable for anyone new to our studio, provided they have a basic level of fitness and no current injuries.

What it involves: We identify your problems and goals and tailor your sessions to target your individual needs, utilising a full complement of equipment and exercises of the Pilates method. 

Equipment: Everything! Matwork, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Barrels, balls, bands, weights and rollers. We utilise all of our tools to get you to the results you’re after.

Best for: You might have current pain, a significant or acute injury or you prefer the intensity and supervision of working one on one. This is a great way to start if you are new to exercise, and we can liaise with your health professionals to integrate your rehab or medical considerations into your sessions

What it involves:  This class is tailored to you, incorporating all of the equipment, moves and expertise of a private session, shared with up to three other participants. You will have plenty of personal support from your instructor as each exercise is designed and set up just for you.

Equipment: Everything! Matwork, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Barrels, balls, bands, weights and rollers. We utilise all of our tools to get you to the results you’re after.

Best for: You have specific goals or a complex physical history, and want to attend regularly as part of your health routine.

Wear: Comfortable clothes that you can move easily in or your regular gym gear.

Bring: Clean socks, a towel and water bottle.

We love to know as much as possible about your situation before you come in so that we can get you moving sooner.

PRIVATE ONLINE PILATES SESSION

Do it anywhere you can set up a device and a mat.

Duration: Choose 30, 45 or 60 minutes

Cost: 30 minutes – $65

What it involves: A private session conducted via Skype / Zoom / Facetime or other suitable video platform – with your instructor guiding you the whole way. 

Equipment: All you need is some space, a mat, and a few props – we’ll check what you have!

Best for: When you can’t get to a studio, but want guidance and feedback.

Also available if you have Pilates equipment or for Instructors who have access to a full studio.

CORPORATE PILATES SESSIONS & OFFSITE WORKSHOPS

Keep your work place in good working order with single or recurring sessions tailored to your needs. 

Where: Our city studio or your place of work –  a meeting room, outside, anywhere there’s space for all participants to lie down on a mat.

We provide: Mats, props…stuff?

Cost: A flat rate for your group, tailored to your needs, but usually starting from around $170/hr…… Let Anita give her opinion on this one, as might not be good to put a price in there, but probably good to put a comment that we do a flat rate, so they don’t think they can book and have people pay individually,. That’s a pain in our arses and not worth it!

What it involves: A great way for your team to work out and de-stress together! Exercises are done on a mat, with small props to challenge and help, but can also be done just standing and sitting as a great way to get some team movement at a desk! Classes can be general fitness or focused on posture and strength for your work and lifestyle, done as a regular class weekly, or a short intense series. Talk to us and we’ll give you some great ideas!
