How we are operating as a Covid-Safe studio.

Here are the main actions we taking to keep you and our staff safe, adhere to public health guidelines, plus a few things we need you to do when coming in to the studio.

We need all of your details to be up to date on your MindBody account including next of kin and address.

Please stay home if you are showing any symptoms of or have been in contact with a Covid 19 case. We will be doing the same. We will be considerate of make-up classes if you need to cancel late for this reason.

Please arrive right on time – not early – and go directly to place your personal belongings inside your personal storage tub.
 
In the city studio:, this will be at your reformer station. We’ll be asking you to remain in this space for the duration of your class. Studio clients will also find allocated storage tubs and starting stations for their workout.
 
For our Paddington people: we’re asking you to do the same. We’ve set up
designated entrance and exit doors, personalised storage tubs, and
designated stations for your workout. Your instructor will direct you to where
you’ll be starting your class.

Come ready for class, as the change rooms will not be available during this phase.

Please bring your own towel, water bottles and clean socks in order to comply with hygiene requirements.

You guessed it! We’ll be asking you to wash your hands at provided wash and sanitisation stations before and after class.

You’ll be instructed to wipe down your equipment before you leave. Our instructors will then be wiping down as well before the next class arrives, so we’ll need you to high tail it directly after the session.

Our instructors will be ensuring we all maintain our 1.5m between each other, so that means between your fellow classmates as well as between the instructor and you. That means no hands-on support at the moment.

We have an extensive cleaning checklist which we will be going through before and after each session to ensure our space is as safe as possible and you can keep coming back!

YOUR COVID-SAFE CHECKLIST

  • Update my MINDBODY profile with current info.
  • Consider if you’re experiencing any Covid symptoms or have had contact with a possible carrier.
  • Arrive on time, not early.
  • Follow all staff instruction.
  • Follow cleaning protocols.
  • Schedule bookings online and make enquiries by email.
  • Be kind and patient in helping each other to enjoy the space as we all get used to being out in the world again.
