We have two big beautiful spaces in our Brisbane CDB Studio. We have created a cool, calm sanctuary to contrast the stress and mess of the office. Soft lighting – no fluros! – and clear spaces make it easy to transition to a mindful headspace, so you can focus on your form and movement.

In this studio we have regular group Reformer Pilates classes, Mat Pilates classes and TRX classes, that you can fit in on the way to or from work, or duck out for a quickie on your lunch break.

We also have a dedicated space for Studio Sessions – 4 person, tailored Pilates classes – and Private Pilates Sessions.

We're a little hard to find...

Look for the staircase heading up off the street, between Razor Men and EzyMart. 

Group classes are on the top floor and Private and Stusio Sessions on the first floor. The stairs provide a great warm-up so we can get straight into it! 

Accessibility: unfortunately there are no other access options at this studio.

We are no longer returning to our Latrobe St, Paddington, we are staying at 4 Petrie Terrace until we find a suitable permanent home in the area.

In this studio we focus on individual Private Sessions and Pilates Studio Sessions – which are individually tailored classes with a maximum of 4 participants. You will feel right at home in this relaxed and private space.

Accessibility: access for all abilities is only available from the carpark, which we do not have full access to – as there are stairs down from street level. Please email info@movementprinciple.com.au to make arrangements prior to your session if you need arrangements made for access and we’ll be more than happy to help get you in.

Parking

Recommended parking is in The Barracks – where you can use 2 hrs free parking.

You can use our building’s carpark after hours and Saturdays only– enter via Clifton Street.

Street parking also available nearby, most of the time.
