Summer Holidays – break dates

It’s been a whole nother year. And what a year! We are grateful to have made it through, we are proud to have made it through and our hearts go out to all of the small businesses that have had another year of stress, uncertainty and pushing to the limits. That being said, damn we are ready for a break. So we will be closed from Thursday December 23rd and we’re back at it on Tuesday January 4th. Happy holidays to all of our amazing clients, incredible staff and resilient fellow studios! See you in 2022!

The Only Constant is Change

You know that old saying that when a door closes, a window opens… then closes immediately, but another door opens, the door leads to a window, the window is only open a crack and the door gets stuck and then the original door is in front of you and the key is moving, but it’s not unlocking the door? 10 Years Old!

If you had told us 11 years ago that we’d be celebrating our 10th anniversary of business ownership in 2021, my jaw would have dropped to the floor. Not that we ever thought we didn’t have it in us (we are pretty determined little buggers!), but to be honest we probably had no idea what we were signing ourselves up for!! Little did we know we’d go through being flooded in our first week, moving locations twice, each of us having a baby and taking maternity leave, opening and running a second studio, employing and saying goodbye to staff, embarking on a teacher training program, and the icing on the cake, continuing to function during a goddamn GLOBAL PANDEMIC! And

There’s a great balance of focus and fun in these sessions. Everyone gets to work as an individual and work on their own strengths and weaknesses, but it’s in a friendly group setting so everyone gets to know everyone. There’s a great sense of familiarity and support in the room when people come together regularly, everyone celebrates their wins and cheers each other on when they’re conquering hard exercises!  Who do you think the studio sessions are most suited to? To be honest, almost everyone can benefit from
